All information regarding watch casing dimensions, water-proofing ratings, and movement specifications
is presented for informational purposes, representing our custom craftsmanship tolerances and target parameters.
While we calibrate all movements to Swiss certification benchmarks, local gravity and heat changes
can cause minor timing deviations of up to four seconds per day during real-world daily operations.
Wristzenvia does not guarantee that wristwatches will maintain perfect time under extreme temperature shifts.

Servicing Limits and Warranties

Our lifetime quality guarantee covers structural seam defects, membrane delamination, and custom snaps.
It does not apply to scratches on buckles, leather band fading, or damage from machine-washing down.
If a watch case is opened by an external technician, the official warranty is voided immediately,
as our master horologists require cleanroom setups to avoid dust contamination inside the gear trains.
Restorations must be submitted directly to our Mercer workshop to maintain valid warranty registries.

Visual Variations and Materials

Because we source full-grain leather bands and hand-polish titanium cases, minor visual differences
in color shade, leather grain, and polished metallic sheen are normal parts of custom couture items.
These slight variations are indicators of genuine artisanal assembly and hand-saddle-stitching methods,
separating Wristzenvia wristwatches from chemically treated, mass-produced plastic timepieces in the market.
By placing a custom watch order, you accept these unique natural features as artistic signatures.
